I was initially disappointed after waiting for 40 minutes, but the staff apologized and provided good customer service. In the end, it all depended on whether the food was worth the wait—and it definitely was. I ordered the hot honey, and the spice levels were perfect. The fries combo was also done really well. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of crisp. The sauce had a great balance of sweetness and heat that really elevated the dish. I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 for now and will give it another try. If the wait time is the same, I’ll lower the rating, but if it's better, I might bump it up to a 5.

We stopped here a couple weeks ago after quickly picking somewhere to try on our way home, and we definitely didn’t regret it. Planning on coming back too! The food was delicious. The waffles actually had a cheddar taste, the chicken was perfectly cooked and crispy. The spice levels were perfect, chips were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. You definitely won’t be hungry after eating here - we could only eat half had the rest for dinner! It was nice and quiet when we went, so service was super quick. The guy working there was really friendly and welcoming too, he was great. Can’t wait to come back!

Me and my wife came for our first time and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I ordered a Aussie sizzle and it was delicious, from the food flavour to the customer service it was all perfect. I’d definitely come back to this place as soon as I get a chance to again. It was an amazing experience. 10/10 keep it up spicy chick.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I got the Hot Honey Chicken Burger (spice level: hot) — super crispy and juicy chicken, fresh bun, and amazing flavor. It looked just like the pictures in their advertisements and tasted even better. Blows the big chains out of the water. Highly recommend if you're craving something next-level!

Best chicken in town they cook it fresh for you. Fresh chicken and very spicy. Highly recommended!
